Similar to On Hold Messages, Queue Messages are unique to certain transfer groups or lines. If a caller is transferred to say the accounts team, specific queue messages can play that relate to accounts matters.

Same thoughts in english: we like to play/hear really good music pieces because of the fatalism, which must not be only a sad thing and nothing else. But we feel this fatalism like a final target whithin the piece, to reach the last destination very exhausted and to "burn" totally till the last chord. The fantastic atmosfere when you invest all what you can supply, forgetting that you could lose it forever, but knowing that you will certainly gain back something special. If someone "burns" while playing, we realize it immediately. Those musicians who are declining to burn, they do not contain any fuel.

O piesa muzicala de calitate ne atrage mereu prin fatalismul ei, indiferent ca suntem interpreti sau ascultatori. Iar fatalismul nu trebuie sa aiba neaparat doar conotatie negativa, ci mai ales senzatia ca te trage linia de sosire de la bun inceput, investesti si uiti de frica inutila de a putea pierde ce investesti. In schimb esti sigur/a ca vei capata ceva inapoi. Cand muzicienii "ard" pentru muzica pe care o canta, asta se aude precis. Iar cei care refuza sa arda, acei muzicieni nu contin si nu livreaza carburant.
